EquiBill, operated by Remeta Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App.
1. Use of the App
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
b. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is subject to these Terms of Use and does not permit any resale or commercial use of the App or its contents.
2. User Accounts
a. Registration: In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and current.
b. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

a. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; b. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers or networks connected to the App; c. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or any other systems or networks connected to the App; or e. Engage in any other conduct that violates these Terms of Use or any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Remeta Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its contents without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL REMETA SERVICES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
